If you join a waitlist or ask for updates, we collect your email address and which product you were interested in. We do not ask for anything else, and we do not use cookies or tracking pixels on our pages.
If you buy a product, the purchase happens on Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record. Gumroad collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy and shares with us your name, email address and what you bought. We never see your card details.
To tell you when a product launches, to send what you bought and updates to it, and to answer your questions. We only send marketing emails if you asked for them, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Waitlist emails are stored with Cloudflare (our hosting provider) and Kit (our email provider). Purchase records are held by Gumroad. These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
We do not sell or rent your details. We share them only with the providers above so they can run the service, or where the law requires it.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, email hello@goodcolumns.com and we will deal with it within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
